Pile o' menu drawings done for Flora's Cafe here in New Orleans. They managed to lose the originals before they could do anything with them. Knowing that, I kinda wish I had a better record of them than the crappy photos I snapped.

On the plus side, I get unlimited free coffee and felafel sandwiches for the remainder of my natural life.

It's great that you got commissioned! These designs are imaginative and need to be studied by art students. It's full of humor too which make them work.

Did you also do a cover for them?

That's-how did they manage to lose all these lovely things? All of them?! Obviously not art people, I cradle and hoard even my doodles like children. :P
I love how incorporated most of the food items are, and of course all the swirly wirly Art Nouveau designs. <3

God, freakin' awesome! Any place with this in their menu would have gotten more clients.
Really cool stuff, but it's a pity they lost the originals... At least you managed to preserve them with the photos (which aren't bad at all).

Also, the bonus you got is enviable. It's so good an idea, that perhaps, you should think of zombification to continue using it... of course, a preference for brains might be a problem...

Thanks m'dear! Well, I'm living in the right town for zombification, if I decide to go that route ;) They're good folks at this cafe, I'm sure they'd fix me up some scrambled brains.
